How do I book into a class?

You can book your class clicking on schedule and selecting the class you would like and then choose your bike. Remember you need to have an account in order to book.

Cancellation policy

If you cancel 6 hours before your class, the class will be credited back to your account for use at a later date. If you cancel less than 6 hours before class, you will lose the class. PLEASE let us know that you aren’t coming, we have a waiting list and we would like to see the class full.

What is your refund policy?

We do not provide any refund on class credits or packages bought.

IF i buy a series of classes, does it expire?

YES! Classes expire spending on the amount of classes in your series. You can see how much time you have left before expiration in your account

BE ON TIME!

Spin room door will be close after the 1st song. If you did not arrived in the meantime you will loose your bike and bike will be giving to someone on the waiting list.

REFUND

There is no refund in any package bought.
